I’m Gilles Stephan and created PathFy. I’m here to help you reach the success that’s inside you. I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs, team members, leaders, individuals for success for over 25 years, and have a string of success stories behind me. My philosophy is not aimed at teaching my clients how to be successful, but teaching them the skills they need to capitalize on their own potential.
Experience & Education
In my career journey, starting at the Grand Louvre and extending through talent roles at NEC, Dell, Amazon, Booking, Tommy Hilfiger, MessageBird and Castor EDC, I've cultivated a deep and international expertise in talent acquisition, coaching and leadership within various global industries.
Founding and leading TalentFounders is the latest chapter in this journey. I realised recently that during the course of my career, I consistently helped clients, leaders, team members or colleagues in clarifying and achieving their career aspirations.
The combination of my HR and talent corporate experience and the insights gained from executive search has uniquely positioned me to offer a career coaching service grounded in practical wisdom, strategic leadership, and a profound grasp of the complexities of talent in diverse industries and international cultures.
In my career journey, my academic foundation was laid with a Master's in HR Consulting, which I obtained from Paris Dauphine in 1991.
